i think i'll go to st george for the day

it was so warm here for spring break
and in my head i was having a conversation with myself
about how spring is actually coming on time this year!

then.
it snowed.
typical.

but hope was on the horizon because mckay had a tennis tournament
in st george!
and it's always warm there,
right?....

so at 9 pm on friday i left with emmie to st george,
because her brother's on the team too.
(ROAD TRIP! haha)
got in at 12:30 in the morning.
went to bed.
got up at 6:30...
early. but it's fine.
go to the tennis tournament.
and ya know what?
if i didn't love my brother so much
i would have hated it.
it was SO COLD.
freezing!!!
but snuggling with my little bro
made it worth it :)

ha for real i love him so much.

coolest kid i know.

i'll never get over it.

and every time i think about how he is going on his mission this summer

i tear up.

and ya know what?

this boy went 5-0 at his tournament. what a champ.

also coming down with emmie

was my favorite.

i love how long we have been best friends

(our whole life)

and how weird we are.

makes me happy:)

we left for home after mckay's second match.

first stopping for lunch at costa vida

where my brothers didn't believe i could eat a whole salad.

which i did...

so i went to st george

and back,

in less than 24 hours.

that's kind of a lot of driving.

but i was with people i love and adore the whole time!

so it was perfect.
