me and mac have become awfully close
the last couple years
as a result of being the only 2 children left at home
and being in high school together for a year.
in fact,
mckay is the only reason that made me sad enough
to leave high school
to cry.
don't get me wrong.
i liked high school
and i was sad to leave
but mckay is the only reason to make me cry.
i just love the boy!
we laugh a lot together.
that's the best part,
since laughing is my favorite thing to do,
i love that i can always find it in large supply with mckay!

mckay is different than all my brothers.
all of my other brothers were a part of performing groups.
mckay?
not his thing.
he's always been the sports guy,
even though all my brothers are athletic,
mckay was just more focused on them.
my brothers like to say
"mckay just does things we all wish we could have done."
like make the high school basketball team.

tonight i went to mckay;s last home game of the season.
it was a really good season for his team.

i LOVE watching him play.

i've never seen him get riled up {in a bad way} in a game.
he's never back talked the ref.
he's never back talked his coaches.
he doesn't even freak out at stupid ref calls.
he is an amazing team player.
i love that he will look at me and just smile.
i love that he will joke with me, even on the court.
