on this fine evening,
breann invited me to go the velour with her
to see one of her friend's bands play
in open mic.
knowing that the velour is the most legit
places of legitness,
naturally,
i dressed the part.
plaid top.
glasses.
good to go.

oh wait.

we sat.

we listened to the music.

it was rad.

side story: breann sneezed and i,

along with about 5 others said "bless you".

and i say to her "see i told you everyone here is so nice!"

and this guy looks back at me and says 

"you look so familiar!"

and the guy next to me says

"it's the glasses."

so it looks like i pulled off the legit look.

what a success.

besides the fact that by the time we got there

bre's friend had already gone...
