Tuesday- English and Photography and not just homework!

so i havent taken an english class since my jr year.
i took humanities instead as a senior.
so writing papers again makes me a tiny bit nervous.
my teacher seems really good though!
she asked us if we would get the numbers and e-mail of one person at our table
and one person off our table
this kid comes up to me and asks me if he can get my contact info.
so i wrote it down for him
i come home a few hours later and the guy has already added me on the fbook!
so i confirm him and he chats me right away saying
"hey sorry i came to get your info, i figured i might as well get some one's number that's cute"
oh.
im flattered.
to bad he is a little sketchy...

no luck with the job fair.
i assumed it would be on campus jobs.
no go.
i did apply for another on campus job so im really praying to get that.
im almost out of money!!

a class of about 150 people. The largest class ive had.
it seems like it will be a great class
i love taking pictures
[and im hoping this class will give me an excuse to get a really nice camera...]
first assignment-self portrait.
has to show personality
and be interesting.
i have some ideas :]

Annie's family friend's invited us for dinner.
you dont pass up these opportunies for good home cooked meals when you're in college.
[ive actually hardly had to feed myself the whole time ive been down here so far!]
BLTs with ginormous home grown tomatoes [ahhhmazing]
and ice cream with home grown black berries [ahhhmazing] for dessert!

it was crazzzy hot and sweaty.
being in the middle of that mosh pit.. its kind of gross.
but thats where the fun is.

major amounts of jumping and being pushed around!

monday monday monday

classes have officially started.
one class mondays
thats it.
not 4 classes
not 7 hours of classes
one class for an hour and a half
i love college?
except my one class is math. and math and i do not get along!
and im bitter at math because the book was 117 flipping dollars.

scooter cousin picked me up to go to alex cousin's apartment to play there for a while.
we love cousin love.
there's always a lot of laughter
and jokes.

since i was in provo i called up addison
and he has this spiffy meal card that he has to spend money on food.
so me addison and shawn his roomie went to the cougareat for some dang good
frescheta pizza.
if you know me, you know i LOOVE pizza.

a game of catch in the not so blazing heat is really refreshing.
especially when you have classic baseball movies to quote when your doing it
such as:
the sandlot
rookie of the year
little big league
i highly reccomend all these movies!

back to the apartment with annie and elsa for the adjustment bureau and some treats

{PS.quick walmart run in which we couldnt find the popcorn to save our lives...who puts popcorn in the bottled water aisle?!}
we have an especially nice tv to watch on but since it was roomate kat's birthday her
and her friends got it...

all squished on to annies bed to watch on her laptop.

my day went a little like so:

wake up- eat breakfast
my roomate walks out with a wig on.
yes.
a wig.
a blonde,
shaggy,
boy,
wig.
random.

but i am too tired to react.
then i go shower and i'm just getting ready in my bathroom
when my roomate pokes her head around the corner and says
"nom!"... whatever that's supposed to mean!
so i just say heyy...
and she comes in wearing black pants, a blue suit coat, a black and purple tie, and her wig.
she told me she was dressed up as an anime character.
a boy character.
random.

so she talks and talks to me and i just say yup.
mmhmm.
oh!
ya..
haha.
and then she mentions she's going to walmart!
does she change out of her costume?...
no.
random!

haha she is a character!
dont get me wrong, she is suuuuper friendly and nice and sweet.
anime is just not my thing...
(ps she sucked me into being in some of her videos and made me create a fbook page about my character!...)

but soon enough my WONDERFUL BEST MOM EVER:) came over to help me set up a few more things! We headed to UVU to get my
student ID/
bus pass/
debit card.
the one that we tried to set up yesterday but i forgot my SSS#.

so we finished setting it up and then sent me down a long hall to get my picture taken.
so i walked all the way down.
got my picture taken,
walked all the way back
got my printed card
then had to walk all the way back to where my pic was taken to get the bus pass chip activiated.
but....
the chip was like, broken.
so i had to walk all the way back to the credit union
get another card
then walk back to get my bus chip activated!
if anyone needs help getting around the student center at UVU just give me a call
i have got that hallway DOWN!

next, my plans with (one of my best) cousin scooter was on in full swing.
we checked out UVU campus,
found out where all our classes are.
3 of my classes are in a building pretty much off campus.. ok?
hopefully the shuttle from my apartment goes out there!
one of scooters classes is at the national guard building.
random..

Scooter treated me to ICEBERG with a gift card he got from his boss.

whhat a treat it was!
a grilled cheese for me
fries for him
and shake for both of us.

Did i mention we ordered mini shakes?

What do i come home to after my iceburg with scooter?
my roomate.
and her friends.
one of which was wearing a wig (similar to my roomates, but red)
some of her friends playing video games.
and her and her other friend in the wig copying a dance from youtube.
random.

after scooter had to leave
i hopped on over to breann and kinzie's apartment (as usual)
they made new friends that they met through the window.
random.

and we went to a free concert.
the key word there is FREE.
it was in the middle of the road.
random.

what a day of randoms, i'd say.

ohhk.

2nd day of college.
cant complain.
I still haven't met half my roomates.
and annie isnt here yet.
So i hang out at Bre's all day.
Cause her roomates are super cool

my mommy came down to help me settle a few more things
yes, i know im supposed to be out on my own now but
"a son is a son until he takes a wife, but a daughter is a daughter all her life"
and i will take advantage of that:)
so my mommy took me to ihop for breakfast/lunch
and then we went to UVU to set up an account for my ID, bus pass and debit card.
very convienient i'd say!
buuut we forgot my social security number and the one we gave him was of a dead person... hahah
so we have to go back tomorow...
i ALMOST lost my phone. it was at ihop though... scary!


then she took me to walmart and got a few more things that i needed and FOOD:):) yay.
i love cereal...
and i've been hangin at Bre's place all day. her roomates rock.. and since mine arent really around
(or the one that is just plays video games with her friends all day)
i just go over there.
it will be MUCH better when annie gets here.
but i really have nothing to complain about.
here's to college.

yes. it's a blog.
id like to remember what happened to me throughout college.
even just the dumb things.
and the little things that made me laugh.
to express myself,
